Your Cruise Menu Soon you’ll pleasantly discover that boating on a comfortable motor-yacht, with cool sea-air breezes and sunny vistas, are conducive to a hearty appetite. Each day on the water is an adventure, so why not complement it with delicious, local foods and beverages? The price of your cruise includes a full breakfast, lunch and happy-hour hour d’oeuvres. Also, your beverages, including Washington state select wines, beer and ciders from regional micro brewers are included. If you want to bring your favorite spirits to make the perfect martini, shaken not stirred, Cosmopolitan, or Mojito, let Capt. Tom know and he will have the necessary garnishes aboard. Of course, they’ll be ample amounts of non-alcoholic fruit juices, soft drinks and similar beverages available at any time. Happy-hour Hour d’oeuvres Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of local cheeses and crackers, fresh fruit, antipasto platter, nuts, bruschetta, chips & local salsa, guacamole and caprese platter. Dinner at Marinas On those late afternoons and evenings where your motor-yacht is moored at a beautiful marina, Capt. Tom will have copies of local menus from the exceptional restaurants at the marina, or nearby locations, to choose from. Capt. Tom will be happy to make reservations for you. Dinner at Anchor Let Capt. Tom know if you would like to spend a night “on-the-hook” (at anchor) at any of the relaxing coves and inlets. Your dinner is then included. Relax on the fly bridge or aft deck, safely at anchor, sipping your beverage, nibbling on aperitifs as you take in the island views and reflect on the day. In the galley Capt. Tom will prepare a hearty dinner fit for a king or a captain. In the islands, during the summer months, most evenings on the water are comfortable enough to eat al fresco on the aft deck. Typical dinners you may choose when at anchor:
Of course, your dinner is accompanied with select wines, beers or ciders. Lunch Our lunch will vary depending on what we’re doing midday. Perhaps we’re at anchor, exploring one of the marine parks or enjoying the dinghy for an up-close look at the shoreline. If at anchor or still underway, here’s what to expect and enjoy:
